What you will do

• Manage employment-related disputes in tribunals and other courts, coordinating with external counsel and internal compliance teams.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on employment matters including conduct, complaints, restrictive covenants, and international relocations for EMEA offices.
• Monitor and analyze employment law developments in the UK and non-UK regions to guide HCM strategy and stakeholder training.
• Review and advise on staffing aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Lead internal investigations, including those with regulatory connections, and advise on compensation and benefits policies.
• Partner with global teams to develop and advise on the firm's strategic approach to using Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 2 to 5 PQE in employment law advisory and litigation.
• Solid grounding in employment law gained in private practice and/or in-house.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a geographically dispersed legal team.
• Strong judgment and business acumen to assess risks and protect firm interests.
