What you will do

• Own and lead end-to-end M&A activity, including structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and execution.
• Design, implement, and maintain legal frameworks, policies, and processes to support business scaling and market expansion.
• Act as a key legal partner to the board and investor directors to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Mentor and support junior members of the legal team as the function grows.

Requirements

• UK or AUS qualified with minimum 5+ years PQE.
• Background from a top-tier US firm or Magic Circle.
• Strong experience in M&A and in-house experience scaling legal functions.
• Fluency in English.
