What you will do

• Advise senior management and HR partners on a broad range of US labour and employment law matters.
• Develop employment strategies that align with business goals and legal requirements.
• Monitor federal and state labour and employment law developments and recommend necessary updates.
• Draft and maintain US employment templates to ensure consistent and compliant processes.
• Support US employment-related disputes, investigations, and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Conduct training sessions for HR teams, managers, and employees on compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years PQE gained across a law firm and a multinational company.
• Qualified lawyer with a strong track record in US employment law.
• Experience advising on labour and employment, employee equity, and workplace compliance.
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and lead coordinated employment law projects.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with HR, senior management, and business leaders.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and a risk-based decision-making mindset.
