What you will do

• Act as the primary local representative for hirify.global, building relationships with local authorities, MPs, and community groups.
• Design and deliver a structured community engagement programme, including public meetings and briefings.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of local community concerns and manage enquiries or emerging issues.
• Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure community considerations are embedded in project delivery.
• Develop and communicate the local economic and community impact of projects, including job creation and supply chain opportunities.
• Provide briefings to senior leadership on the local political and community environment.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in community engagement, public affairs, or local government.
• Strong understanding of local decision-making structures, particularly the UK planning system.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, development, or construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as the local face of the organization.
• Ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive or regulated environments.
• Must be based in London to perform on-the-ground stakeholder management.
