What you will do

• Maintain and update communication channels including the intranet, corporate website, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate internal and external events from planning through to post-event follow-up.
• Produce clear, compelling communications and assist in the delivery of corporate campaigns.
• Prepare materials for managers to ensure they are well-informed to lead their teams effectively.
• Utilize AI tools to simplify workflows and improve colleague access to information.
• Manage incoming requests and provide operational support to the communications team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Excellent personal communication skills and ability to analyze data to improve output.
• Curious, organized, and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrated experience in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, or content creation.
