What you will do

• Lead social media strategy and execution across earned, owned, and paid channels for both external and internal audiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent corporate narrative tailored for enterprise buyers and developers.
• Partner with PR to enhance executive social presence and thought leadership.
• Establish and manage employee and customer advocacy programs to extend brand reach.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to produce social-first video and editorial content.
• Monitor social listening and report on reach, engagement, and top-of-funnel contribution.

Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate communications with experience in social, PR, and internal comms.
• Hands-on experience at a B2B technology company, preferably a scale-up.
• Strong social-native writing skills with a feel for voice and platform differences.
• Proven ability to manage communication programs end-to-end.
• Proficiency with modern social listening and scheduling tools.
• High fluency in AI tools to automate and scale content production.
