What you will do
- Lead social media strategy and execution across earned, owned, and paid channels for both external and internal audiences.
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate narrative tailored for enterprise buyers and developers.
- Partner with PR to enhance executive social presence and thought leadership.
- Establish and manage employee and customer advocacy programs to extend brand reach.
- Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to produce social-first video and editorial content.
- Monitor social listening and report on reach, engagement, and top-of-funnel contribution.
Requirements
- 7+ years in corporate communications with experience in social, PR, and internal comms.
- Hands-on experience at a B2B technology company, preferably a scale-up.
- Strong social-native writing skills with a feel for voice and platform differences.
- Proven ability to manage communication programs end-to-end.
- Proficiency with modern social listening and scheduling tools.
- High fluency in AI tools to automate and scale content production.

- Experience with executive social and employee advocacy.
- Expertise in video-first social content.
