What you will do

• Deliver high-impact internal communications support across all Group Functions.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Plan and deliver town halls and coordinate internal events.
• Generate engaging content for internal channels, including articles, presentations, and video scripts.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and support global internal communications programs.
• Measure communications impact and report on outcomes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of in-house internal communications experience.
• Experience working across multiple countries in a regulated business.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, including Leadership and C-suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams and webinar management.
• Experience working collaboratively in a matrix organization.
