What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for allocated accounts and territories by developing targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Snowflake solutions with their existing and future IT roadmaps.
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Conduct Executive and CxO discussions to position and pitch Snowflake's value proposition.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity closure to ongoing account management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years of field sales experience with an emphasis on data or cloud-related technology.
- 3+ years of experience generating new business within Energy & Utilities Enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
- Track record of success in pipeline development and consistent quota achievement.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and executive-level relationship management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to the Enterprise segment.
