Compensation: £148,500–£206,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Own and accelerate an enterprise sales pipeline through complex, multi-threaded cycles.
  • Position generative AI and agentic capabilities to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop territory and account strategies to drive growth within a portfolio.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to build bespoke demos, proofs-of-value, and ROI analyses.
  • Forecast accurately using disciplined methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing to align execution with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Proven success selling into large, multi-department organizations with complex evaluation criteria.
  • Deep interest in generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems.
  • Strong outbound sales capability and experience leading with insight.
  • Experience working with strategic partners such as consultancies or SIs.
  • Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid-remote work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling platforms with usage-based pricing or composable architectures.
  • Understanding of how generative models are applied in commerce and digital engagement.
  • Comfort discussing technical architecture and AI relevance with technical decision-makers.
