Compensation: £148,500–£206,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Own and accelerate an enterprise sales pipeline through complex, multi-threaded cycles.
- Position generative AI and agentic capabilities to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Develop territory and account strategies to drive growth within a portfolio.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to build bespoke demos, proofs-of-value, and ROI analyses.
- Forecast accurately using disciplined methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing to align execution with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Proven success selling into large, multi-department organizations with complex evaluation criteria.
- Deep interest in generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems.
- Strong outbound sales capability and experience leading with insight.
- Experience working with strategic partners such as consultancies or SIs.
- Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid-remote work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience selling platforms with usage-based pricing or composable architectures.
- Understanding of how generative models are applied in commerce and digital engagement.
- Comfort discussing technical architecture and AI relevance with technical decision-makers.
