What you will do

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, driving deals from qualification through to commercial close.
  • Execute Microsoft co-sell plays, including account mapping with AEs and joint customer pursuit cadence.
  • Orchestrate referral and influence paths with global consultancies (e.g., Bain, McKinsey) and System Integrators.
  • Develop and deliver partner enablement assets including pitch decks, discovery scripts, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and provide accurate reporting on pipeline stages, forecasting, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal product and delivery teams to shape commercial packaging and SOWs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or enterprise sales, ideally within cloud, AI, or analytics.
  • Proven track record of creating partner-sourced pipelines and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft field teams and co-sell motions.
  • Strong discipline in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value through solution storytelling.
