What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze weekly financial outlooks and actuals, providing timely variance explanations and mitigation plans.
• Manage the quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Facilitate operational decision-making through timely and meaningful financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and SOX requirements.
• Perform month-end close activities and submit closing reports on time.
• Manage spending tasks and identify risks or opportunities in collaboration with operation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Prior experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player mindset with the ability to be flexible and multi-task.
