Financial Analyst II

Location: Philippines; remote work model

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making.
• Perform the month-end expense close process and ensure accurate, compliant expense reporting.
• Produce financial reporting packages, KPI reports, variance analyses, board reports, and quarterly product reviews.
• Update monthly spend forecasts and analyze financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing financial planning activities.
• Improve process documentation and reporting tools, and perform ad-hoc analysis for business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, make decisions under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or Power BI.
