Internal Audit Manager

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Plan, assign, supervise, and manage operational, financial, and compliance audit engagements.
• Apply COSO principles, assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and identify process improvements.
• Review audit evidence, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support SOX control testing, deficiency remediation, audit universe development, and risk assessment activities.
• Develop audit policies, procedures, work programs, and best practices.
• Coach auditors and build effective relationships with management and key personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit or public accounting.
• 3+ years of experience managing staff or teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification in audit or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Big Four accounting experience.
• Experience with audit software.
