Strategic Finance Senior Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and weekly FP&A reporting cycles, including clear recommendations.
• Prepare management and board materials that translate complex financial analysis into concise performance narratives.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to challenge assumptions, optimize unit economics, and improve accountability for growth targets.
• Lead financial data room preparation for fundraising and investor due diligence, including model and performance-data quality checks.
• Identify inefficiencies in finance systems and processes and apply automation and AI to improve analytics and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge business assumptions.
• Understanding of fintech business models, unit economics, and market trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CPA.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies.
