What you will do

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans based on market analysis.

  • Drive employer branding campaigns and animate professional communities.
  • Coordinate employee mobility and optimize acquisition channels.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of IT market trends and talent pools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical IT recruitment.
  • Proven success in candidate community animation and network growth.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Ability to evaluate technical skills and challenge candidate mindsets.
