• Proven track record of hiring senior-level and commercial (sales-focused) profiles.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and roles simultaneously.
• Multilingual capabilities (fluency in more than one language is highly desirable).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
