What you will do

  • Own the full demand generation lifecycle for the Decision Platform via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns targeting C-level decision-makers at global insurance carriers.
  • Manage and mentor Regional Marketing Executives across Asia, Australia, and North America.
  • Develop consistent marketing playbooks for campaign execution and lead management.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to create high-converting outbound sequences.
  • Oversee HubSpot data integrity, multi-touch attribution, and regional ROI reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, or Revenue Marketing.
  • Proven track record in both inbound and outbound demand generation.
  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, reporting, and database management.
  • Experience leading and developing remote marketing professionals.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to report pipeline metrics to C-suite leadership.
  • Willingness and ability to work across multiple timezones to support global operations.

  • Experience within the InsurTech or FinTech sectors.
