What you will do
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute programs that ensure customers realize value from the platform to increase adoption.
- Drive campaigns supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Scale the customer advocacy program, including case studies, testimonials, and reference management.
- Manage customer engagement programs such as webinars, roundtables, and user conferences.
- Establish and run customer advisory boards to ensure feedback informs product direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or B2B SaaS roles.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and expansion.
- AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, Munich, or Prague.
- Proficiency in English is required for daily communication.
