TL;DR

Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving retention, expansion, and advocacy across the customer base with an accent on building long-term partnerships and customer proof. Focus on executing engagement programs, cross-sell initiatives, and managing customer advisory boards to drive measurable business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from our European offices in London, Munich, or Prague.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute programs that ensure customers realize value from the platform to increase adoption.
  • Drive campaigns supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Scale the customer advocacy program, including case studies, testimonials, and reference management.
  • Manage customer engagement programs such as webinars, roundtables, and user conferences.
  • Establish and run customer advisory boards to ensure feedback informs product direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or B2B SaaS roles.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and expansion.
  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, Munich, or Prague.
  • Proficiency in English is required for daily communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Experience managing customer marketing platforms.
