What you will do

  • Prospect and execute deals to expand the business footprint across South Europe.
  • Manage the existing institutional client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • Develop business plans, deliver on sales targets, and maintain the pipeline via CRM.
  • Coordinate RFI/RFPs and prepare high-impact sales materials and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and manage sales handovers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build strategic partnerships with consultants and tech providers.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in institutional financial technology sales or high-growth fintech startups.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France.
  • Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and financial market digitization.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and/or Spanish is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe is required.
