What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors and industries.
  • Build strategic partnerships by engaging with key decision-makers.
  • Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Support partners with products and services, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and business retention.
  • Maintain CRM integrity and ensure key business metrics are met through consistent daily activity.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities and long-term relationships.
  • Ability to identify pain points and position money transfer solutions for various business use cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle objections with solution-based outcomes.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in wealth management, financial services, SaaS, or property.
  • Previous experience working within Real Estate, Legal, Wealth Management, or Notary sectors.
