What you will do
- Identify, engage, and cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors and industries.
- Build strategic partnerships by engaging with key decision-makers.
- Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Support partners with products and services, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and business retention.
- Maintain CRM integrity and ensure key business metrics are met through consistent daily activity.
Requirements
- Successful track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities and long-term relationships.
- Ability to identify pain points and position money transfer solutions for various business use cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle objections with solution-based outcomes.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in wealth management, financial services, SaaS, or property.
- Previous experience working within Real Estate, Legal, Wealth Management, or Notary sectors.
