Director - Account Management (Fintech)

TL;DR

Director - Account Management (Fintech): Managing and developing a portfolio of existing Trading & Connectivity Solutions clients across France, Benelux, and Switzerland with an accent on strengthening long-term relationships and driving account growth. Focus on partnering with internal teams to expand the company's footprint within key sell-side capital markets accounts and achieving revenue objectives.

What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing BTCS clients across France and French-speaking markets.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support their business objectives.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities to expand the company's footprint and revenue.
• Partner with Segment Sales on account planning and commercial initiatives.
• Lead client presentations, discovery discussions, and solution scoping activities.
• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and document commercial activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in financial markets, with at least 5 years in account management or similar commercial roles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, sell-side clients, and front-office workflows.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and manage commercial negotiations.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
