What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the fleet purchasing department and lead a team of analysts and managers to meet national goals.
• Manage end-to-end demand planning, allocating purchase volumes across vehicle categories and regions in alignment with financial objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and forge strategic partnerships with senior fleet vendors, including OEMs and dealerships.
• Maintain full ownership of contract-related data integrity, ensuring process compliance across internal systems.
• Prepare and present strategic proposals and fleet purchase demand reports directly to Senior and C-Suite leadership.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to drive cross-functional alignment across Yield, Pricing, Operations, and Fleet Controlling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fleet purchasing, demand planning, or supply chain.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and extensive experience with QuickSight and AWS for financial modeling and forecasting.
• Must be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
