What you will do

• Develop and support procurement strategies for General Contractors and OFCI equipment for various projects.
• Lead the end-to-end RFP process, creating detailed Scope of Work documents to ensure fixed-price submissions without gaps.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), KPIs, and SLAs.
• Monitor market trends, inflation, and commodity costs to develop effective budgets and cost mitigation strategies.
• Implement risk management and lessons-learned registers to ensure products are delivered "right first time".
• Design and execute a Supplier Partnership Programme and an annual supplier conference.

Requirements

• Experience working within the Hyper-scale Data Center (DC) sector is required.
• Significant experience in DC General Contractor and OFCI procurement.
• Deep understanding of DC construction requirements and OFCI equipment manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful internal and external supplier relationships.
• Expertise in the end-to-end management of the OFCI procurement process.
