What you will do

• Build the SPRM Centre of Excellence from the ground up, defining its methodology, governance, tooling, and talent model.
• Develop and execute a multi-year global strategy to optimize supplier performance across goods, services, capital, technology, and facilities management.
• Design and implement centralized supplier lifecycles, including onboarding, qualification, contracting, and performance scorecards.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to integrate risk tiering and ESG compliance into the preferred supplier program.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for strategic suppliers and manage relationships at the executive tier.
• Define and own the SPRM KPI framework and deliver real-time reporting for procurement leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in global procurement, vendor management, and SRM.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct program or function ownership.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, global environments.
• Deep understanding of supplier governance frameworks, scorecards, and preferred supplier networks.
• Strong data literacy and proficiency with SPRM platforms, CLM, CMMS, and BI tools.
