Director, Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (Procurement)

What you will do

• Build the Supplier Performance & Relationship Management Centre of Excellence from the ground up.
• Define global governance, methodology, tooling, talent models, and multi-year program strategy.
• Develop supplier scorecards, reviews, relationship assessments, dashboards, and continuous improvement processes.
• Integrate supplier risk management, financial health, business continuity, ESG, and responsible sourcing requirements into the supplier lifecycle.
• Lead executive business reviews and collaborate with Procurement, Category Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and technology teams.
• Establish KPI frameworks, reporting protocols, risk escalation thresholds, and executive reporting for supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in global procurement, vendor management, and supplier relationship management.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience owning supplier performance or relationship management programs.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation in complex, global, multi-category environments.
• Strong knowledge of supplier governance, scorecards, strategic business reviews, preferred supplier networks, and supplier risk management.
• Experience with SPRM platforms, contract lifecycle management, CMMS, business intelligence tools, KPI design, and supplier performance analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, real estate services, professional services, or technology procurement.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CTSC, CSP, CSMP, or PMP.
• Familiarity with CSDDD, LkSG, Modern Slavery Act, and other responsible sourcing regulations.
