Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, Australia. Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Account Executives focused on generating new revenue.
- Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member to drive professional growth.
- Coordinate and monitor the team's pipeline by tracking and reporting weekly activities.
- Motivate team members through creative incentives and effective performance management.
- Report on individual and team results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience leading sales teams in technology or SaaS.
- Proven track record of revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Experience selling Endpoint Solutions, IT Operations Software, or similar SaaS products.
- Proficiency as a Salesforce power user to leverage data for team success.
- Must have existing work authorization for Australia as the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
