What you will do

  • Develop and execute an APAC-wide channel strategy to drive 30%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-impact strategic partners while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Lead large, complex enterprise opportunities through the channel, including commercial and legal negotiations.
  • Execute and optimize partner programs to maximize pipeline generation and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure unified GTM execution.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of channel professionals while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Sales, Enterprise Account Management, or Channel Sales.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience within the technology space.
  • Proven track record of scaling channel sales across APAC or multi-country regions.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Ability to travel regularly across APAC for partner visits and industry events.
