What you will do
- Lead a team of Account Managers to consistently meet ARR growth, retention, and account health targets.
- Develop and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies across the customer book of business.
- Serve as the executive sponsor and primary escalation point for key MSP relationships.
- Manage pipeline health, including forecasting, CRM hygiene, and detailed account planning.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech account management, ideally within the MSP or IT channel.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
- Deep knowledge of the MSP industry, including their operational needs and business language.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue within an existing customer base.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members to achieve their best performance.
