What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
- Drive outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline for field sales.
- Partner with Marketing to align on campaign execution, lead follow-up SLAs, and messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of qualified opportunities.
- Analyze team performance data and implement strategic improvements.
- Recruit and onboard SDR talent with a focus on career progression into Account Executive roles.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales.
- 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Experience working in APJ markets, particularly ANZ, is a strong advantage.
