What you will do

• Architect and design advanced HGA process equipment, translating requirements from SLA, adhesive dispense, and TIC domains into tool concepts.
• Lead the development of bench-level and prototype tooling to enable rapid experimentation and process validation.
• Develop tool architectures and critical subsystems, including fixturing, motion systems, and environmental control.
• Partner with process architects to ensure critical KPIVs are controlled and enabled through system capability.
• Drive design for scalability, evolving early concepts into robust manufacturing solutions for factory deployment.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and external suppliers to build first-of-kind tools.

Requirements

• Background in mechanical engineering, equipment design, or automation development.
• Experience in tool or fixture design, specifically for precision tools or manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with multi-disciplinary systems including motion systems, alignment, vision, and controls.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering design methods such as tolerance analysis and DFM.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) for effective global collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
