Production Engineer (MECT)

TL;DR

Production Engineer (MECT): Lead and support engineering activities across prototype builds, mass production, and customer-related projects with an accent on investment management, machine introductions, and Smart Factory improvements through automation and IIoT. Focus on implementing Poka-Yoke and quick change-over solutions, technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: On-site at Bangchan industrial estate, Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do

• Lead engineering activities for prototypes, mass production, and customer projects.
• Plan and manage investment projects including new machine introductions, replacements, and capacity studies.
• Drive Smart Factory initiatives with automation, IIoT, real-time data systems, and new technologies.
• Implement Poka-Yoke, quick change-over solutions, and perform technical troubleshooting with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Suppliers for project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related)
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing industry (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Thai (reading, writing, speaking)
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangkok
