What you will do

• Architect and develop control systems for advanced HGA process equipment to ensure precise and scalable system behavior.
• Implement motion control, vision alignment, and automation strategies for high-precision assembly and inspection processes.
• Develop and integrate closed-loop control systems utilizing feedback from sensors, vision systems, and metrology.
• Establish alignment, positioning, and calibration strategies to meet tight tolerances for next-generation designs.
• Drive the development of automation architecture, including sequencing and machine control logic across mechanical and electrical components.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, including US-based partners, to deliver robust control solutions.

Requirements

• Background in controls engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in precision equipment or manufacturing systems.
• Proven expertise in motion control, vision systems, or automation development.
• Familiarity with system integration across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• English: Good written and spoken communication skills for global cross-functional collaboration.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Teparuk facility in Thailand.

Nice to have

• Exposure to PLCs, embedded systems, or machine control platforms.
• Experience with data acquisition, signal processing, or feedback control concepts.
