What you will do

• Support end-to-end process integration activities for slider mechanical development.
• Identify and mitigate cross-process interactions, risks, and performance trade-offs.
• Execute integration experiments, including DOE and test vehicle evaluations.
• Collaborate with module owners, metrology, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Establish integration checkpoints and assess technology readiness across development stages.
• Analyze development data to drive decision-making and technology progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Physics, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in process development or integration engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical processes, materials, and product integration concepts.
• Experience with slider, HDD, semiconductor, or precision high-tech products.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to DOE and multi-variable analysis.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
