TL;DR
Sales Account Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling WordPress hosting services to existing accounts with an accent on consultative solution sales. Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (office visits weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Salary: $110,000 OTE ($55k base + $55k variable)

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling hosting services to small and medium-sized clients.
- Build a pipeline via referrals, cold-calls, marketing leads, and network.
- Lead outreach campaigns in collaboration with the customer success team.
- Conduct application demos and perform two-way discovery to match solutions to customer needs.
- Manage quotes, proposals, and SOWs in coordination with the legal team.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to executive management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to articulate value and conduct strategic discovery with customer executives.
- Deep understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule.
