What you will do

  • Own scheduling and coordination across all active pipelines to ensure an effortless candidate experience.
  • Execute outbound sourcing campaigns for technical and commercial roles using modern platforms.
  • Develop and ship automations and tooling improvements using Claude, Zapier, and Ashby.
  • Manage top-of-funnel strategy, including sourcing channels, outreach approach, and pipeline reporting.
  • Conduct initial conversations with sourced candidates and qualify prospects for the founding recruiter.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work from NYC, SF, or Denver.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination.
  • Proven ability to use and build with AI tools to systematize recruiting processes.
  • Strong capability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Working knowledge of technical roles to speak credibly with engineers.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and modern sourcing tools such as Juicebox, Gem, or Metaview.

Nice to have

  • Experience sourcing for fintech, GTM/commercial roles, or early-stage startups.
