Salary: $52,160–$78,240 per year.

What you will do

• Source and engage candidates for clinical research roles using job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and advanced search techniques.
• Review resumes to verify clinical research experience, identify inconsistencies, and match qualifications with client requirements.
• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities, competencies, and geographic staffing needs.
• Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate records across multiple requisitions.
• Track clinical research and labor-market trends and participate in sourcing training and knowledge sharing.
• Protect candidate data and follow applicable privacy policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least one year of recruiting, sourcing, resume research, or talent acquisition experience.
• Required experience sourcing candidates for clinical roles.
• Ability to interpret resumes, assess skills, and match candidates to detailed requisitions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Knowledge of clinical research roles and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, ATS platforms, and internet search techniques.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in arts, sciences, or a related field.
• Equivalent recruiting or talent acquisition experience in place of a degree.
