Senior Talent Sourcer

Location: Principally in-person with flexibility determined in collaboration with the supervisor and team; compensation applies across offices in CO, IL, OH, and MA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and candidate relationship management.
• Manage, prioritize, and close searches within established timelines.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, sourcing practices, and competitive hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies.
• Recruit passive candidates and assess their skills against open roles.
• Lead or participate in cross-firm talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
• At least 4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience focused on sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using social media and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
