Sourcing Recruiter (AI)

Location: In-person five days per week at the San Francisco office

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Build and own the sourcing function from the ground up across technical and go-to-market roles.
• Conduct targeted outreach through Juicebox, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes.
• Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, hiring pace, and sourcing priorities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or Harmonic.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or GPT to improve sourcing automation, workflows, and messaging.
• Excellent written communication for effective outreach to passive candidates.
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, define direction, and drive execution.
• Availability to work in person five days per week in San Francisco.
