Contract Sourcer (AI)

Location: San Francisco office; minimum three days per week on-site

Salary: $75–$150 USD per hour

What you will do

• Source and pipeline candidates end to end using AI-native tooling, LinkedIn, and creative channels.
• Own personalized, fast, and on-brand outreach volume and quality.
• Keep Ashby stages, notes, and pipeline data accurate and visible.
• Partner daily with the Head of Talent on priorities, targeting, and follow-through.
• Evaluate and surface strong profiles using sound sourcing judgment.
• Represent hirify.global in every candidate interaction.

Requirements

• Proven agency or in-house sourcing experience with a track record of building meaningful candidate pipelines.
• Comfort working as a contractor with high ownership, fast execution, and clear output.
• Ability to operate independently, build without perfect briefs, and take ownership of broad scope.
• Comfort with Ashby, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-native recruiting workflows.
• Track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, collaboration, and learning velocity.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week.
