Outbound Sourcer (AI)

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, or the San Francisco Bay Area; onsite at the Redwood City office is also available. Full-time Pacific Time hours are required.

Salary: $2,150–$4,250 USD per month, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Build outbound pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Generate qualified candidates for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Create targeted searches, talent maps, and personalized outreach campaigns.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, and automation to increase sourcing output.
• Test messaging, channels, and search strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
• Track outreach, responses, conversions, pipeline health, and candidate data accuracy.

Requirements

• At least two years of high-volume outbound sourcing, recruiting, executive search, agency recruiting, or SDR experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting measurable outreach or pipeline goals.
• Strong candidate research and written outreach skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Juicebox and Ashby experience is preferred.
• High urgency, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work full-time Pacific Time hours.
