What you will do

• Partner with recruiting leadership and hiring executives to define leadership search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Lead market research and mapping for executive and senior leadership searches.
• Build target-company ecosystems based on company stage, scale, business model, growth trajectory, and organizational maturity.
• Map leadership teams, reporting structures, and high-potential leaders one level below the target scope.
• Source and engage passive leadership candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
• Maintain actionable market insights, organized pipelines, candidate activity, and a high standard of discretion throughout confidential searches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience sourcing senior or executive-level talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong research and market-mapping capabilities, including experience building leadership talent markets from scratch.
• Creative and curious sourcing approach focused on adjacent and non-obvious talent pools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to analyze organizational structures, executive scope, and reporting relationships beyond job titles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, plus strong judgment when handling confidential information.
