What you will do

• Perform daily IBS/Intercompany tasks in compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate with global associates to obtain intercompany documents and resolve inquiries.
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Analyze intercompany accounts and prepare month-end reconciliations.
• Investigate unreconciled items and develop action plans to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide accurate financial information to controllers and accounting management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in intercompany accounting or as a Senior Bookkeeper.
• Experience with General Ledger journals and reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Amenable to working on a mid shift.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines

• Experience with SAP.
