What you will do

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Partner with business units to drive financial performance and provide independent financial perspectives.
• Establish and maintain internal control frameworks and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital optimization.
• Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and business partnering.
• Experience working closely with non-finance stakeholders.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred.
