What you will do

  • Build lasting relationships with hotel owners to create new business opportunities and drive upselling.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and ensure client success with platform solutions.
  • Develop and present professional proposals aligned with client values and needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM to ensure a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Gather client feedback and share it with the Product Team to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • Warm, confident phone presence with active listening and empathy skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive attitude and resilience to adapt.
  • Growth mindset with openness to learning and feedback.
  • Must be based in Sydney to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
