TL;DR

Growth Account Manager (SaaS): Identifying and executing opportunities to expand the existing customer base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling with an accent on full sales cycle ownership and pipeline management. Focus on analyzing customer data to identify expansion opportunities and collaborating with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Location: Must be based in a commutable distance to Melbourne, Australia for hybrid work (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline to meet quota targets.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover expansion opportunities and act as a product expert.
  • Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Influence product development based on customer demands and needs.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales Account Manager or Account Executive at a SaaS company.
  • Strong record of closing deals and consistently over-achieving monthly quotas.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly independent with a strong capacity for self-learning.
  • Ability to thrive and remain productive in a busy, high-pressure work environment.
