What you will do
- Consult with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver value propositions.
- Negotiate and close strategic renewal deals to meet personal sales quotas.
- Create and execute detailed account plans for renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Communicate solutions to C-level stakeholders through ROI analysis and business case definition.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and technical support to ensure effective market strategies.
- Maintain accurate client data and prospect updates within the CRM database.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles from demo to closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills.
- Experience in software, technology, publishing, media, or design segments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with preference for Salesforce experience.
