What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for reseller partners, managing inbound queries and ensuring timely responses.
- Cultivate relationships with high-value partners to drive engagement and overall revenue growth.
- Generate accurate quotes for HPI products, ensuring alignment with pricing and vendor guidelines.
- Partner with Vendor Business Managers (VBM) to coordinate pricing, deal support, and strategic priorities.
- Educate partners on HPI products, promotions, and market positioning to maximize sell-through.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and collaborate with supply chain and operations for order delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, inside sales, or account management, preferably within the technology or distribution sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of requests in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to apply commercial judgement to make effective business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured operational processes.
