What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen platform adoption.
• Manage and grow relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell motions.
• Collaborate with resellers, VARs, and third-party stakeholders in the buying motion.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support to improve customer experience.
• Maintain CRM operational hygiene and document customer activity in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, direct sales, or commercial post-sales roles.
• Experience navigating partner-influenced or VAR-supported motions alongside direct customer relationships.
• Proven background in SaaS, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Must be based in Australia.
