What you will do
- Consult with customers to recommend software best practices and drive business value.
- Provide ongoing customer support and training both online and in person.
- Manage renewals and adoption quotas to ensure long-term retention.
- Identify and nurture referable customers and case study candidates.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Experience in technology training and software implementation.
- Proven background in account management and customer support.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
- Ability to travel to corporate headquarters in Denver or other North American offices.
