Salary: $71,800 – $115,300 USD

What you will do
- Manage approximately 100 accounts as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute value plans to demonstrate ROI and maximize platform utilization.
- Conduct proactive outreach and data analysis to identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Provide product training and guide customers toward successful business outcomes.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to drive gross revenue retention.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in product training and delivering business outcome-driven value.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of workflows and best practices.
- Project management certification or experience.
