Salary: $86,600 – $139,000 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 high-touch enterprise customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure premium service delivery.
  • Coach customers on best practices and identify opportunities for product value maximization.
  • Solve complex problems with out-of-the-box solutions to drive strategic growth.
  • Analyze user engagement data to report on KPIs and identify actionable insights.
  • Mentor new hires and support team members on non-enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account or project management in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated interest in data sets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with an adaptable, team-player mindset.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel nationwide up to 15% of the time.
