Salary: $86,600 – $139,000 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 high-touch enterprise customer accounts.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure premium service delivery.
- Coach customers on best practices and identify opportunities for product value maximization.
- Solve complex problems with out-of-the-box solutions to drive strategic growth.
- Analyze user engagement data to report on KPIs and identify actionable insights.
- Mentor new hires and support team members on non-enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account or project management in a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated interest in data sets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an adaptable, team-player mindset.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 15% of the time.
